Beat the January blues with this Yang and Yin Workshop timed so you hit Blue Monday feeling great, full of vitality and with a serious Good Vibes glow. Hardcore belly and butt busting Pilates moves lead into a strong and sweaty dynamic vinyasa yoga flow sequence with a bunch of juicy rotational moves to squeeze out all the junk that accumulates over the festive period. We’ll practice some detoxifying breathing techniques and then end with the sweetest and most delicious restorative sequence and guided relaxation to promote openness, clarity and good intention that will leave you feeling centered, strong yet receptive and totally ready for everything that’s in store for the year ahead. 2014? Ruth is a BWY Accredited Teacher, qualifying with The Yoga Academy as well as a Polestar certified Pilates teacher. She teaches vinyasa flow and restorative yoga as well as mat Pilates and is passionate about sharing these holistic movement practices.
