Spring is a great time to kick start your mind and body. Our London half day retreat will not only refocus the mind, but will also sculpt the body, and introduce long-term healthy habits.
Calm the mind and the body will follow, this workshop offers a holistic approach to your fitness. We kick off with popular Good Vibes teacher, Antonia, who take you through dance and Pilates conditioning exercises designed to get results. Designed to sculpt your core, lift your glutes and work those legs, as well as rev up your metabolism.
The second half is led by Good Vibes Founder, Nahid. She will take you through 2 hours of restorative yoga, designed to help you find a deep sense of release and relaxation in your body. The session will end with a bespoke 20 minute Yoga Nidra for setting positive affirmations, to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body.

The price is £65 including healthy juice and snacks. Held at the Covent Garden Studio - 3pm - 8pm including short break in between the sessions.
