Coming to classes is a more social activity than pumping iron at the gym. Working out with other people with the same goal is motivating. Getting to know your fellow class mates and being part of a nurturing community gives you a broader perspective to your working day.
We offer a more integrated approach to fitness, doing the same sport can overwork some muscles and under work other muscles. Power Plate classes work every muscle fibre – one male client attended only Power Plates classes for a year and then went back to the gym and was able to lift the same and heavier weights then he did a year ago! This works and in only 25 minutes. Book in.
A Pilates class will work your body in a balanced way, men who attend these classes love the challenge and report better body awareness and less back pain. You'll build strength from the inside out. Book in.
Instead of striving and doing, let your stress and tensions fall away on the mat, the restorative Bliss yoga classes are a great way to let-go.
Our male yogis have reported a lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol levels, better flexibility, an improvement in strength and co-ordination, better sleep patterns and a happier state of mind. Book in.
Glow Cycle – an interval based fitness class, at Good Vibes we focus purely on the ride, there are no faffy - and inefficient - arm moves to make you feel silly.
You build muscle as well as increase your cardiovascular fitness in easy-to-fit-in 35 min and 45 minute classes.
Drop in Glow Cycle prices are £12 for 35 mins and £14 for 45 mins.
The Monday and Wednesday class times change to 6pm for a 35 min class and 6.45pm for the 45 min class.

If you want to cover the basics quickly, this 2 hour workshop is for you. We will look at alignment and how to adapt the pose for you. Working through the bread and butter yoga poses you will leave feeling confident to join any class.
