What is the best time of the day to practice/exercise?
Any time you can fit your practice into your day is the best time for it! Just 5 minutes of connecting to your breath or taking 10 minutes to stretch will significantly help to rebalance body and mind. In an ideal world I love a strongly flowing energising yoga practice in the morning, and a slower more grounding yin based practice in the evenings.
What do you recommend to eat before your class? after the class?
Some fruit like a banana about half an hour before your yoga practice is a great way to have enough energy to get the most out of class without feeling heavy.

Good Vibes is welcoming to all students - you won't find a friendlier studio. Teachers are strong and challenging but they really care about their students. And the studio is warm and inviting - a beautiful space to practice in.
What do you teach in class?
I teach a joyfully strong dynamic yoga flow, with a focus on breath and alignment. Classes are deep and challenging, and move between playful practice and inward reflection. You'll move strongly before relaxing deeply.
How will I feel after your class?
In a word - balanced! You'll feel calmer, more open and relaxed.

I am a science fiction addict - I love to geek out over anything supernatural, futuristic, or fantasy based.
Sarah Campbell teaches a strong and slow vinyasa flow, with a focus on breath and alignment. Classes are deep and challenging, but also safe and fun. Sarah believes yoga can be an incredibly healing tool to help balance the mind and calm the nervous system, and remains grateful for the sense of strength and openness the practice gives her. After hanging up her heels when she left her career in PR Sarah trained to teach with triyoga, and is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga.
