A delicious 2 hour challenging flow incorporating a variety of poses and sequences to give you the opportunity to delve even further into your already established yoga practice. Breathe deeply and challenge yourself physically while exploring and witnessing how time can help you to strip down the outer layers of your body and mind to allow you to really melt into your practice, further than you imagined.
Once the physical practice is complete, we relax and let the inner glow of satisfaction take us to completion. Expect to finish happily exhausted and satisfyingly peaceful.
Workshop not suitable for beginners. You should be comfortable with a dynamic flow practice already.
