Join Good Vibes Director and Founder Nahid De Belgeonne and inspiring Pilates teacher Antonia Ptohides for a powerful and harmonising weekend offering a secluded and tranquil escape from the overwhelming buzz of everyday life.

The Happy Body Bootcamp combines a 2 hour morning Pilates class followed by the deeply restorative yoga and yoga nidra in the evenings to calm your emotions and set good intentions for the year ahead.

Did you know that those who practice restorative yoga lose twice as much weight as those who don’t? The relentless stress that is part of modern life is one of the underlying reasons for storing fat around the middle, so this two pronged integrated body and mind weekend will kick off your New Year to a great start.

Nahid says, “we spend very little time listening to what our body needs. This retreat will not only refocus the mind after the busy festive period, but will also rejuvenate and refresh the body ready for the New Year. Most people have given up their diets by the end of January, but this boot camp pushes fads to the side and introduces long-term health and wellbeing.”
