To get you ready for the summer, this workshop will lengthen and strengthen your muscles to give you a perky bottom, build a strong core, toned arms and lean thighs for you to show off on the beach.

Antonia Ptohides' popular weekly classes are the business. Her classes have an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong centre, and improving coordination and balance.
