She is the author of Yoga for Runners and Yoga for Cyclists (Bloomsbury) and teaches runners, sprinters, cyclists and triathletes 1/2/1. Lexie has written for Runner’s World, Outdoor Fitness and Cycling Fitness and is a columnist for OM Yoga magazine. She trains for 10K, triathlon and duathlon.
