Beginners and Improvers Yoga workshop on Saturday 11th April with Good Vibes Founder, Nahid, will focus on opening the shoulders. Find the ease in many common poses that rely on good shoulder integration including downward dog.
The Happy Body Bootcamp is on Saturday 18th April. Calm the mind and the body will follow, our half day retreat offers a holistic approach to your fitness. We kick off with 2 hour Pilates sculpting session with Antonia. Followed by 2 hours of soothing restorative yoga with Nahid. The session will end with Yoga Nidra for setting positive affirmations.
The Pranayama workshop with Clive on Sunday 26th April explores different breathing techniques to give you an overall sense of vitality, well-being, and peace. Held at the Covent Garden Studio - 5pm – 7pm. Book here.
