Go a Little Deeper Flow Workshop

A delicious 2 hour challenging flow incorporating a variety of poses and sequences to give you the opportunity to delve even further into your already established yoga practice. Breathe deeply and challenge yourself physically while exploring and witnessing how time can help you to strip down the outer layers of your body and mind to allow you to really melt into your practice, further than you imagined.

Once the physical practice is complete, we relax and let the inner glow of satisfaction take us to completion. Expect to finish happily exhausted and satisfyingly peaceful.

Workshop not suitable for beginners. You should be comfortable with a dynamic flow practice already.

Clare Dobson enjoys focusing on growth and positivity and aims to teach in a way that is clear and concise, while still being fun and creative.

Sarah Campbell - Glow Yoga Teacher

What is the best time of the day to practice/exercise?

Any time you can fit your practice into your day is the best time for it! Just 5 minutes of connecting to your breath or taking 10 minutes to stretch will significantly help to rebalance body and mind. In an ideal world I love a strongly flowing energising yoga practice in the morning, and a slower more grounding yin based practice in the evenings.

What do you recommend to eat before your class? after the class?

Some fruit like a banana about half an hour before your yoga practice is a great way to have enough energy to get the most out of class without feeling heavy.

What do you love about Good Vibes?

Good Vibes is welcoming to all students - you won't find a friendlier studio. Teachers are strong and challenging but they really care about their students. And the studio is warm and inviting - a beautiful space to practice in.

What do you teach in class?

I teach a joyfully strong dynamic yoga flow, with a focus on breath and alignment. Classes are deep and challenging, and move between playful practice and inward reflection. You'll move strongly before relaxing deeply.

How will I feel after your class?

In a word - balanced! You'll feel calmer, more open and relaxed.

Tell us something surprising about yourself...

I am a science fiction addict - I love to geek out over anything supernatural, futuristic, or fantasy based.

Sarah Campbell teaches a strong and slow vinyasa flow, with a focus on breath and alignment. Classes are deep and challenging, but also safe and fun. Sarah believes yoga can be an incredibly healing tool to help balance the mind and calm the nervous system, and remains grateful for the sense of strength and openness the practice gives her. After hanging up her heels when she left her career in PR Sarah trained to teach with triyoga, and is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga.

We’ve come back full of LIFE from the first Good Vibes yoga holiday, and how lovely to come back to glorious sunshine! We really must do it again!

In fact how about next year? Founder Nahid and founding Glow Yoga and Pilates teacher Ruth are going away again on 13th -20th July 2015, save the date!

Holidays serve to remind us of how to be us again. But how to keep that feeling when you get back? Connecting with other people is the best way to get out of your head and into new possibilities.

Meet the experts

Zofia has been teaching for 6 years, she  began practising yoga after injury curtailed her professional ballet career. The profound impact of the practice led her to complete her teacher training with Yoga Campus in 2008.

Her class emphasis is on working with correct alignment principles to build strength and physical awareness, enabling a profound energetic connection to the body.

Her classes are structured so that each budding or life-long yogi will develop and expand upon their own technique, finding balance and calm in the present moment, in a graceful and grounded way.

Zofia teaches on Tuesday mornings and Saturday Fire class and will now be taking over the Foundation class on Tuesdays 6pm at Covent Garden.
