Spincycle and Pilates

Work off the Christmas pudding with a 45 min spinning class followed by 1 hour 15 mins Pilates class to lengthen tight muscles -  you will leave walking taller.

A double whammy to kick start your fitness in the New Year.

The Pilates section of the bootcamp is taught by Antonia Ptohides, who uses the original Pilates method in her teaching with a focus on strengthening muscles and correcting posture. Neil Troutman, Founder of Velocity Indoor Cycling and trainer to our Good Vibes Spincycle instructors puts you through your paces in the saddle.

Yoga, Pop, and Bubbly! Start your weekend off with an evening of flow yoga set to the soundtrack of your favourite camp pop classics of the 80s and 90s. Celebrate the joy of moving breath and energy through the body, turning upside down, and finding balance. Learn to have fun with your practice and sweat away the work week with a no-stress and all-fun sweaty flow. Finish with a glass of bubbly and a send-off into an evening of summer excitement.

Adam Hocke has been practicing yoga since 1999 and has studied with top teachers both in the UK and internationally. Adam teaches weekly dynamic classes at Glow Yoga where he makes sure that laughter and good humour is part of every practice.
