When you get in from work, lie on your back with your legs on a sofa with your arms out at shoulder height and then bend at the elbow and rest the back of the hands on the floor. Your arms will be in a cactus shape.

Place the eye pillow over the eyes to unwind from the day. This opens up the front of the body to counter hunched computer neck and shoulders. Elevating the legs is good for your circulation and relieves tired and cramped legs if you have been sitting in the same position all day.

Christmas opening hours

We will close on Friday 21st December at 2pm. We will be open at lunchtimes during Christmas and New Years and then both studios are fully open at 7.30am on Wednesday 2nd January 2013.

If you have bought the £30 for 30 days,  we will add on the days that we are closed, so there is no excuse.
