RESULTS

We all did rather well on the course, the results speak for themselves. Key to losing the inches are:

  • 3 sessions a week on the Power-Plates
  • Watch what you eat - banning carbs after 5pm worked for everyone even those who said they couldn't exist without pasta for dinner.
  • Up your activity - find something fun to do for cardio - dance, run, swim, walk - you don't have to go to a dreary gym - get some fresh air outside!
  • Being monitored throughout - it helps to have a community to share your progress with.
