Grazia 2008

Drop a Dress Size "this course can change your shape completely. So, get going and you will be a size smaller and inches thinner by your summer holidays."

Glamour.com 2008

"Why you should sign up: The six-week Bikini Bootcamp programme guarantees you'll find your clothes looser and that you've toned up all over. Plus, the massaging effect of the vibrating plate means cellulite is improved too. "

Grazia June 2007

"If it's a bikini body you're after (and, at this time of year, who isn't?) Power-Plates are unbeatable. Try the Good Vibes gym in Covent Garden which promises to get you beach ready in just 75 minutes a week for six weeks"

Stella June 2007

"this has to be the funniest and fastest way to get ready for the red runs"

Easyjet inflight magazine 2007

(On the Bikini Boot Camp Course) I genuinely felt the vibraitons were doing me good each time so the psychological benefits were a boost too....I'm definitely more stronger and more toned now.

Sun Woman online, March 2007

(On the Lovely Legs abd Bubble Butts course) In short, legs will be firm and ready to flash in even the most micro of minis. Miraculous.

London Lite, March 2007

(On the Bikini Boot Camp Course) On the machine next to me Ann smiles evangelically, "you can really feel it working", she beams. Next to her, Laura nods proudly: "This is my fourth week, I've dropped a jeans size and have no fat on my legs."

Then the machine starts and...ladies, if you have no plans for Valentines Day , go to the Bikini Boot Camp: it reaches parts  no other workout can reach.

Metro, February 2007

A workout in 25 min(s) - and all you have to do is to stand on a funny vibrating thing...

Heat, February 2007

Cancel your gym membership, NW's new lunchtime obsession is the Power Plate. You literally climb onto a vibrating platform, clench your bum cheeks - and that's about it! Nahid de Belgeonne was so impressed with the plate, she left her publishing job  to open Good Vibes in Covent Garden."

NW (New Woman) , February 2007

Going up - Girly exercise - "After months of mocking female fads, Arena is converted to the vibrating technology of Power-Plate. Lightning-quick lunchtime workouts only 'complementing' martial arts, obviously"
Arena, January 2006

The space itself is light, bright and stylishly furnished, with an eclectic and uplifting mix of music on offer and temperature choices available (as well as the option of fresh mint tea), all of which add to its overall atmosphere and personality- words too long forgotten by most in the exercise industry. A fantastic example for the future of exercise, the studio cleverly combines personality, creativity and the opportunity to work out without breaking a sweat.
Fashion psfk.com, 1st November 2006

Each exercise lasts just one minute - good for those of us with a low boredom threshold - and, joy of joys, you can listen to proper music instead of relentless house. During my session Nahid played Blondie. Her premises are more yoga studio than corporate gym, and I was offered mint tea before the workout.
