We love them! We want to see more of them here at Good Vibes...why? Because fellers, Power-Plates is not just for gals... oh no! If you want to enjoy the benefits of accelerated training spending less time in the gym leaving you with more time to show it all off, then step on the plate.

At Good Vibes you can join in with the total body classes, the classes can be as challenging as you want, our trainers will push you more if needed.

It might be that you have specific goals in mind, in which case talk to us about personal training which we can offer in off peak times we have both guys and gal trainers who can beast you equally well. If you want a specific trainer, please ask to book in with them.
