Good Vibes Power-Plate workouts are not just for women, oh-no-siree. We have plenty of fellers on our books too and we have devised a workout especially for you.

The Upper Body Power Challenge is geared towards upper body and core work because fab abs, buff biceps and perfect pecs is what you tell us you are after. Complete the challenge and super boost your muscle power.

Clients on the course have reported amazing changes to their physique and a higher level of endurance in their existing fitness regime.

You pay £180 for 12 sessions in advance but you book them as and when you want, it’s best to aim for 3 sessions a week to really see the results.
