The Good Vibes team have all been chosen for their sunny smiles, great personalities and a genuine will to want to see you progress. We don't do bullying, we do do encouragement. We pride ourselves on knowing your name and keeping you in shape.

As well as attending each other's classes, we all meet once a month to swap new exercises and to discuss new ways of working to give you excellent, safe yet challenging classes.

The training at Good Vibes is ongoing and we often mix yoga, pilates, martial arts and gym based exercises into a class. All oofered with an individual flavour to ensure that you get varied workouts that hit the Good Vibes high standards.

We recommend that you try out all the different trainers to keep your body guessing and keep your brain active!
