Good Vibes prices and terms and conditions are subject to change

Payments & Bookings
All bookings should be made in advance to guarantee your space; we cannot accept any bookings without payment. Bookings can be made by telephone 020 7240 6111, online or you can book by email – but please wait for a confirmation before you turn up as emails can sometimes go astray.

You must check in at reception at least 5 minutes before the start of your class. Due to the nature of the classes late comers will not be admitted. If you are late this will count as a late cancel and the class will be charged. Please see below for the cancellation policy.

The general sessions are intended for those who are fully able to keep up with the pace of a class.

Sessions cannot be transferred and refunds are not given unless there is a medical reason that permanently prevents you from being able to attend classes (please see below)

All classes are subject to availability and filling out a consent form. You are required to inform the instructor of any injuries prior to the start of the class.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a class then you must give at least 6 hours. You can do this by getting in touch with reception or using the online booking system. We also accept answer phone messages and emails as they are timed.

If 6 hours notice is not given then you will still be charged for that session, it will automatically be deducted from your Good Vibes account.

If you are late you will not be admitted to the class but will still be charged for your place
Please note if you are on an unlimited package and you do not show up for a booked class your ability to book online will be suspended.

Teachers may change at short notice on occasions, if this happens there are no refunds and the cancellation policy still applies

In cases of pregnancy, the sessions may be extended to 18 months from the date of purchase but you must inform us by emailing reception@goodvibesfitness.co.uk before the original expiry date.

If you cannot attend your sessions because of an injury or medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform reception@goodvibesfitness.co.uk immediately.  We will require a letter from your Doctor and your account will be frozen for an agreed period of time.

If you cannot continue a course for a permanent medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform reception@goodvibesfitness.co.uk immediately.  We will require a letter from your Doctor, your course will be refunded minus any sessions completed charged at the full single session price and a 10% admin fee will also be charged.

The full priced single session fees are: Glow Yoga £16 and Spincycle  £12 and Power Plates £22

Class expiry dates

If your sessions expire you may re-instate them for 1 month for a fee of £20 per month.

No refunds are given for expired classes or classes that have already been re-instated.

Classes can be reinstated up to 12 months from the original expiry date. After this time they can no longer be reinstated.

Membership
The Good Vibes monthly membership provide unlimited classes for a full term of 12, 6 or 3 consecutive months.

The monthly memberships cannot be shared or allocated to anyone else. 6 hours notice is required for all cancellations and re-schedules. You will be charged the full class fee for classes that are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice. Continual late cancellations will result in restricted advance bookings and the ability to book online will be suspended.

The payments are automatically taken from your card for the full term.

The membership is for a full term. If the membership is stopped before the contract ends, the full fee for the contracted period remains payable, payment will be vigorously pursued.

If at the end of the contractual term you wish to carry on with the membership, you will need to sign a new agreement.

Glow Yoga Workshops and Courses

When booking for Courses and Workshops please note that there are  no refunds. You are booked into the workshop that you pay and book into, we can ONLY transfer you to another workshop if you give us 1 full month’s notice in advance. Once you have committed to a course or workshop it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled session.

If a course or workshop is cancelled ticket holders will be offered either a  refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.

Trial sessions
The £40 for 30 days is for 30 consecutive days and available for all classes across both studios. The pass starts on the purchase date and expires within 1 month of purchase. One purchase per person and for new clients who reside in the UK.

You can book one class at a time by email or by phone, please wait for a confirmation before turning up for class. We have a 6 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full class fee for classes that are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice or for no shows. Continual late cancellations will result in restricted advance bookings and the ability to book online will be suspended.

Unlimited third party packages

If you are on an unlimited package sold to you by a third party and do not show up for a booked class, your online booking will automatically be suspended and your future bookings will be cancelled, unless you pay the full price for the missed class. Continual no shows for booked classes will result in automatic cancellation of your third party deal with no refund.

Student discounts
Full time students, unemployed and senior citizen discount is 15% on memberships. We need to see proof of the above at the point of sign up.

Risk & Responsibility
Good Vibes accept no responsibility for any client who does not follow the instructed class or has not disclosed medical conditions or recent injuries. Please do be aware that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you feel unwell or any discomfort.

By using Good Vibes facilities you accept that there is risk associated with all forms of exercise either during or after. You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. You will not hold Good Vibes fitness or associated staff, liable for any injury, loss or expense suffered as result of your participation in any Good Vibes classes.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or in any way seek to limit Good Vibes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability to the extent such liability may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

Good Vibes reserve the right to refuse admission/membership.

Corporate rate
If you are part of a company of 100 employees, please ask about our corporate rate.

Referral scheme

The referral scheme of one free class is open to any client with an active block of 10 or more classes at Good Vibes and recommends a new client who goes on to buy a block of 10 or more classes.

Please ask your friend to mention you at the time of their purchase.

Left property
Good Vibes accept no responsibility for any property left on the premises. Please be responsible for your things. Any left items are taken to a charity shop on the last day of the month. No personal items are to be left in the lockers, these get emptied and all contents will be disposed of.

Data Protection Policy
At Good Vibes, we appreciate that security and appropriate handling of data are very important- equally important whether they are client/associate data or our own corporate data.  All “personal data” (as defined in the legislation) are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Part of our compliance is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – the “Notification”.  This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk.

We share data with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law.  These “third parties” may include – but are not restricted to – other business professionals offering associated services. However, we cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted outside our remit.  This also applies to any sensitive personal data you may have given to us – it is only processed in order to prevent any harm coming to you.

None of the above affects your rights of access under the legislation.  If you wish to request a copy of the personal data we may hold on you, please write to the address on the website.  Email requests direct to the company are acceptable.  Please note that the company charge a £10.00 administration fee for this service, which is payable in advance and non-refundable

Good Vibes Competition Terms & Conditions
Entries to all competition are subject to the usual terms & conditions and to the additional terms outlined below:

  1. By entering Good Vibes competitions you consent to us sending you Good Vibes Newsletters and details of any offers, promotions, news, views, trends and must-haves. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.
  2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. Staff of Good Vibes or the third party cannot enter
  4. The competition is open to UK residents only.
  5. All qualifying entrants will be placed in a free prize draw.
  6. Winner(s) only will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. There is no cash alternative to the prize, nor is the prize transferable to another person
  7. The competition is not open to anyone associated with Good Vibes.
  8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Details of winners will be available upon written request, please provide an SAE
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communications beyond our control.
  11. The Closing Date of the Competition shall be the last day of the month unless otherwise stated.
