New to Yoga?

 

 

If you are curious about yoga but don’t know where to start, start with us! The Glow Yoga studio is an inspiring place to learn, the Glow Yoga teachers are knowledgeable and kind.

You can drop in to any Foundation Open classes which are beginner friendly OR if you want to start with other beginners and build your practice week by week, the Glow Yoga 6 week Beginners course kicks off in January 2012.

To make it easy to join in with a course, we have four different start dates throughout January:

Monday 9th Jan              7.30pm – 8.30pm
Friday 13th January        1.15pm – 2.15pm
Tuesday 17th January     6.00pm – 7.00pm
Thursday 19th January    7.30pm – 8.30pm

At the end of the course you can join the Foundation Open Level classes or move on to the Flow Classes.

The Glow Yoga Bliss classes are also suitable for beginners
