What do you recommend to eat before your class? After the class?
I prefer to practise yoga or Pilates on an empty-ish stomach…earl grey tea and a 9 bar are food of the Gods after class if I’m off to teach elsewhere…or if I’m back at home avocado with chili salt on toasted rice bread…yum!
What do you love about Good Vibes?
The fact that one of London’s lost rivers runs beneath the Covent Garden studio, talk about Good Vibes…the river Fleet provides something special, I’m sure of it.
What do you teach in class?
Steady, mindful and strengthening yoga flow steeped in ancient teachings.
How will I feel after your class?
Light of body and happy of heart.
