What is the best time of the day to practise Pilates?
My favourite time of the day is early morning. I'm a morning person and strongly believe that a good practice just after waking up can change your whole day, giving you the right kick of endorfines to be happy.
What is your favourite food to power you through classes?
I'd usually eat a banana before class or a chia seed pot with coconut milk and sliced fruit.. and coffee if it is early morning!
Tell us something surprising about yourself…
When I moved to London about 4 years ago I couldn't speak English at all! I had to re-invent myself and re-learn how to teach from the basics!
What do you love about Good Vibes?
I love the fact that Good Vibes thinks outside the box offering creative versions of the classic classes of Pilates, yoga and ballet. I think about myself as a very creative person and think this aspect of Good Vibes represents me.
Describe your class style…
I always work with music, I love music, it fuels my exercises and gives them character. I love to joke and have fun but at the same time I am very picky on corrections. I like to work every group muscles from A to Z.. be ready to sweat!
