Yoga: Be it invigorating and dynamic flow, or restorative and lengthening, we offer Yoga classes for beginner to advanced - encouraging a leaner physique and agile mind.

Pilates: This core-centred pracrice is all about strengthening and stabilising the body - working to mobilise all essential muscle groups for complete body-conditioning results.

Hot Floor Barre:This floor based class in the FAR infra red heat burns calories and sculpts the body, expect ballet, dance and conditioning exercises, you will feel this class the next day!

Barre: Low impact, high intensity workouts that will strengthen your core, build alignment and improve flexibility.  Expect to see results fast in the whole body workout.

Small Group Training: Strength, Cardio, Tone is a 45 minute class working through timed sections to improve your fitness and strengthen your muscles combining cardio and resistance work.  

Full Body Blast is a 30 minute class again combining cardio and resistance.  We keep you moving through our circuits to increase your stamina and reduce your body fat at the same time as condition your cardiovascular system.
