Kettlebell + - Kettlebell training offers dynamic and ballistic movements that increase your heart rate in a whole different way. Not one muscle is missed in this exhilarating workout!
HIIT FB + - Full Body HIIT works with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off so you always know what to expect. Nothing is out of bounds with equipment or muscle groups so come expecting a tough workout. Level Intermediate to Advanced.
HIIT LB + Lower Body HIIT, so expect a bum, core and legs approach, this class is High Intensity Interval training at its best. If you want to work your Ass & Abs this is the class for you. Level Intermediate to Advanced.
BoxTech - Our BoxTech class are instructed by our qualified boxing coaches. Good technique equals more engagement making this a challenging workout!
BoxFit - Boxfit consists of boxing principles and punches, and also combines high intensity full body workout to get those endorphins racing.
Strength & Cardio - This class is the best of both worlds where your Strength and Cardio training is split into high energy cardio and controlled strength training. Designed for all levels.
Barre: Low impact, high intensity workouts that will strengthen your core, build alignment and improve flexibility. Expect to see results fast in this whole body workout.
