"This is a magic place! You have fun for 25 minutes (okay, the abs exercises may be effortful fun, but still...) and within a few sessions - you are toned up! Much friendlier, less competitive and less hassle than a gym, Good Vibes does exactly what it promises. While it's fun and informal, the instructors clearly know their stuff, pay close attention to correct posture, and will adapt exercises for you if you've got a dodgy knee or anything - just let them know. PS it's not just for girls! Men: if you too want to 'look good naked' you should get yourself to GV on the double! Emma
