Glow Yoga Foundation Workshop £25
We pride ourselves on our friendly welcome and teachers who passionately care that you get it. The Foundation classes are at a level that is beginner friendly.
If you want to cover the basics quickly or are looking to improve your practice, the Glow Yoga Foundation 2 hour workshops are the perfect choice. We will breakdown key yoga poses, show you how to adapt poses for your body and put it all together in a flow at the end of class. After a workshop, you will be able to join classes with confidence.
Clare Dobson, is an experienced Teacher with a background in Sports Therapy. She teaches in a way that is clear and concise while still being fun and creative and enjoys focusing on growth and positivity.

Get Body Happy – Yang & Yin Workshop £25
Develop the art of being happy in your own skin and look & feel wonderful from inside out this summer!
A powerful & sweaty dynamic yang practice using the most effective Yoga and Pilates movements to tone and trim your belly, butt and upper arms & thighs to get your inner fire burning brightly. In addition there will be a short, sweet yet strenuous core practice for you to take home to develop pre-holiday and to practice during your time away to make sure you look and feel great throughout the summer. To balance we’ll release with a floor based cooling & opening restorative sequence and a brief meditation to promote santosha (contentment) to soothe the soul, promote well-being and leave you brimming with joie de vivre.
Ruth McNeil is an experienced yoga practitioner and is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher, having studied at the Yoga Academy with Simon Low. Ruth is passionate about sharing this intelligent, vast and ever-evolving tradition with you.

Yoga for Upper Body Strength £25
Toughen Up: Engage the Shoulders and Arms
An ideal yoga practice should balance strength and flexibility in equal parts. However, one or the other is usually lacking in the upper body. Learn how to develop strength in the shoulders and arms, or use your natural strength intelligently. Explore vinyasa transitions, plank variations, arm balances and inversions. Encourage an increased range of motion and release of tension through a revitalising flow practice rooting you in your physical and emotional toughness. Suitable for those with some experience wishing to improve their practice.
Adam Hocke has been practicing yoga since 1999 and has studied with top teachers both in the UK and internationally. Adam teaches weekly dynamic classes at Glow Yoga where he makes sure that laughter and good humour is part of every practice.

Rocket Vinyasa £25
Want a powerful yoga practice? You’ll love Rocket Vinyasa!
A very dynamic flow which includes loads of arms balances and inversions. These sequences are appropriate for all levels of students. With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy. Be ready to move and feel alive. Questions welcome! If you love ashtanga, you’ll love this workshop.

Glow Meditation
As the Summer draws to an end and we prepare for Autumn this workshop will provide a wonderful platform for the weeks and months ahead. As well as being led through a range of tailored meditations, guided visualisations and breathing techniques, you will also be given tips and ideas for self-practise meditation. The class will be integrated with restorative yoga postures specifically aimed to facilitate and deepen meditation. The class will end with an extended yoga nidra – “yogi sleep”.
This workshop will provide a space to relax the body and mind, exploring ways to relieve stress in the body. Meditation has been scientifically proven to improve the overall health of the body, by helping sleep, reducing pain, boosting the immune system and energy levels. Regular meditation enhances focus and concentration in our work and daily activities.
With a background in therapeutic work, Clive has a creative and inclusive approach to yoga, which supports people in cultivating an intuition in their own bodies. Classes emphasise linking breath with the movement of the body to help direct attention inwards and become more aware of experiences from moment to moment.
