Beginners 8 week Yoga course

Yoga is an ancient philosophy and practices designed to unite mind and body through breath creating a sense of well-being. In this course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses with a focus on alignment and breath.

Improve your posture, breathing, strength, mobility and flexibility, but perhaps more importantly cultivate the feeling of being happy in your skin.

This course gives you a strong and safe foundation for your continuing yoga journey. The course holds a maximum capacity if 4 people offering an intimate and nurturing environment.

Price £85 for 8 weeks - the course is taught by Nahid De Belgeonne, Mistress of the Good Vibes Universe
