Conditioner – a busting combination of high-intensity FastSpin and low-intensity SlowSpin to increase your stamina
Intensity 65% - 92% of max heart rate
Cardio Rinse– The maintenance wash of Spin Cycle. Higher fat metabolism, increase your base fitness level and lower your resting heart rate No SpinCycle program is complete without it!
Intensity 65% - 85% of max heart rate
Toning Tonic – A resistance SpinCycle to get you honed and toned. Get out the saddle with hill climbs and inclines to give you the legs and bum you’ve longed for! Develop your mental and cardiovascular strength
Intensity 75% - 85% of max heart rate
