The Good Vibes Power-Plates Ski-Fit course is aimed at those who want to maximise their time on the slopes.
The six week Ski-Fit course works out your total body in the first two weeks and then you progress to challenging lower body work-outs including lots of dynamic and explosive movements as well as core strengthening. Working only the lower body the Power-Plates is quite tough so you really need to build up to it.
Clients on a similar course have reported amazing changes to their fitness, higher level of endurance and no leg ache after a hard day on the slopes.
