Jumpboard Cardio

JUMPBOARD REFORMERS 45/55 MINS – the cardio reformer classes are for those used to the machines. The springs on the reformers bed assist or resist your movements so that you create a long lean silhouette and you work from your deep abdominals out. The addition of the jumpboard means that you use plyometrics to tone up your legs and bum as well as getting your heart rate up. Come if you have tried Reformers with us before or book into the Beginners classes if you are new, the jumpboard classes are not for beginners!

Small classes of 8 with experienced teachers.

What to wear: vests, leggings and socks with a grip, we sell these at the studio.
