QiGong Yoga Flow

Vinyasa means to place in a specific way or with intention & Qigong means to cultivate life energy/essence. Both practices emphasise the importance of intention, the qualities behind our movement and the ways we hold space for ourselves and our individual experience. 

Vinyasa flow’s harmonising of breath and movement blends beautifully with the intentional, functional and fluid forms (often inspired by the natural world and the elements) of Qi Gong to help mobilise, unlock and ground you physically, mentally and emotionally. 

All levels/ experience accommodated, however a little experience with the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow will help you get more out of this class.
