Advanced Classes
If you have been training for a while at Good Vibes and want to up your game then add one of these classes to your regular Power Plate regime and look out for the changes! You need to have completed at least 10 sessions at Good Vibes and will need to wear trainers for the advanced classes.
Super Speed Class
Good Vibes have combined the toning effect of the Plates and the calorie busting effects of a cardio session into one fast and furious 25 minute session. The Power Plate activates almost 100% of your muscle fibres, in a fraction of the time it takes in conventional training.
You should expect to move dynamically throughout the class to pull your body into shape. The class is designed to work the whole bodythroughout the class, you end on abs and stretches. Burn between 250-300* calories in 25 minutes!
Who is it good for? Those who want a fast paced class combining cardio and toning in one handy package.
PowerPlining
Alternating between the Power Plate and a mini trampoline - this class will have you jumping for joy and burning calories (up to 400- 500 in 25 minutes!) like there's no tomorrow - leave with a big smile on your face and any wobble properly firmed up!
Who is it good for? those who want a short, sharp and fun leap into fitness
PowerBox
A fast paced class that choreographs you through jabs, hooks, front kicks, flurries, uppercuts and sidekicks all on the Power Plate test your reactions and burn fat in this cardio class. You should have completed 5 sessions or more and won't need footwear for this class.
Who is it good for? those who want to work the whole body in double quick time
Dynamic Flow class
taken by the Mistress herself, this class flows from one posture to another ending on deep stretches. Focusing on alignment and breath for a more considered but strong class. The vibrations provide an immediate challenge that can be missing in normal yoga classes.
Who is it good for? This class is perfect for those who want to feel the workout as well as improve on their yoga.
Advanced classes are £20 for a single class or £150 for block of 10 / £350 for block of 25. You will need to book for these classes and we will require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
