All classes and personal training sessions are for 25 minutes. Please turn up 5 mins before each class and 15 minutes before your first class to fill out a medical form.

Referral Scheme - if you refer a friend to us, you get a free session added to your account (if they buy 10+ full price sessions) do make sure they mention you when booking.

Cancellation Policy
Please note we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules otherwise the single session fee is payable or if you are on a course, one class will automatically be deducted.
Left items - sorry but we have no space at the studios so anything left for longer than a month will be taken to the local charity shop.
