January updates

January – new classes, new year, new you.

We have been very busy behind the scenes refining our timetable to bring you even more of what you love (and at the times that suit you best).

 

In case you’ve missed it, here are a few of our latest additions and updates split out by weekday to make it easy to plan your week.

 

Mondays

  • 16.15 Reformers 55 mins with Elisa

  • 17.00 SCULPT AND BURN for 50 mins with Antonia.

  • 19.25 Full Body Blast 30 mins with Eszter

  • 9.30am Reformers 45mins Amy.

 

Tuesdays

  • 6:30am 45 mins Reformer Pilates with Elisa

  • 9.30AM Reformers 45 mins Pilates Elisa

 

Wednesdays

  • 9.30am Reformers 45 mins Pilates with Ellie

  • NEW! 1.15pm Reformers 45 Ass and Abs. Come to this class to work your booty and to define your waistline. This class works on the areas that get a little lazy if you sit down all day. This is a great addition to all of your other Good Vibes classes.

 

Thursdays

  • 10AM Mat Pilates 60 mins with Harriet

 

Fridays

  • 9.30AM Reformers 45 mins with Shani

  • 1.15PM Ellie Reformers 45 Ass and Abs (NEW as above)

  • 7.15am Barre class with Cathy.

 

  • Saturdays

  • 2nd Feb look out for the 60 mins Sculpt and Burn in the FAR infra red heated studio

 

Sundays

  • Additional 2nd Barre Class with Courtney at 11.15am – 12pm
