Allow yourself the time to relax - it will keep you looking and feeling young, we’ve never met anyone who regretted adding more downtime to their life.
Meditate – it is easy to do and gives you the tools to remain on equilibrium no matter what life throws your way. Easy 3 minute meditation.
Love the body you are in – you only have the one and if you don’t take the steps to get happy in your skin you won’t get a second chance – this is it!
Be brave in life – give it a go, if you fail it will equip you to do your next thing with a bit more knowledge and experience.
Be an active citizen – vote, if you don’t make your opinion count then you really can’t complain when it all goes to the dogs.
Learn something new - it could be a language or how to rewire your house. The sense of accomplishment when you acquire a new skill lasts a lot longer than buying yet another pair of shoes!
Feel the joy – stop moaning about the things that are bad in your life and count your blessings. Roof over your head? Food on the table? Supportive family and friends? Then you are doing well my friend! Take time to note the things that you are grateful for every day.
