Glow Yoga Beginners Mens workshop is a 2 hour class just for men. It will teach you to contain your strength, improve your flexibility, walk tall and learn how breathe can help to cope with stress.

If you don't know your asana from your elbow, Nahid de Belgeonne, Founder of Good Vibes, will demystify with a class that explains and empowers all delivered with a dash of humour.

If you are training for the marathon or want to improve your athletic performance, you need to "get" yoga. After this workshop you will have the confidence to step on the mat in any class.
