Welcome! We offer a winning combination of effective classes to make you look good AND feel good.

We recommend that you mix up your classes, a blended approach to your fitness will get you the best possible results. Stretch, release, cycle and tone your way to a healthy mind and body.

We’ve put together our most often asked questions but if you need more help, please just ask!

Do note that our yoga studio is heated by FAR infrared and is warm (not hot!). This is not suitable for pregnancy.

We provide yoga mats and props, so no need to bring your own.

How can I find you?

Do I need to book your classes in advance?

We would recommend booking for our reformer pilates classes, small group training and evening mat classes.

What are the prices?

You can find a list of our different packages on our prices page

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

We have both male and female changing rooms at both of our studios and you can rent a shower towel from reception for £1.50 or of course you are welcome to bring your own.

Do you have lockers?

We have lockers at both of our studios. You will need a padlock at our Fitzrovia studio and a £1 coin or token at Covent Garden. If in peak time, the lockers are all in use, you are welcome to take your valuables into the studio with you making sure phones are off and belongings are out of the way.

What happens if I am late for a class?

We ask that all clients are arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class so you have time to get ready. We will do our best to get you into class but please note we do operate a waitlist for all of our classes and will offer your space to waiting clients if you aren’t on time.

Which of your classes are suitable for pregnancy?

If you do not already come to classes with us, now is not the time to start something new but we could offer you one-to-one gentle yoga. If you are an existing client and already go to all classes we can help you to have a fitter pregnancy – please at reception about which classes are suitable. Please do note that due to the Far infrared heat and the dynamic nature that none of our mat classes are not suitable for any stage pregnancy.

Which classes are suitable for beginners?

Our foundation yoga class is perfect for beginners, you would also be welcome to join any of the Vinyasa Flow classes as they are open level, offering plenty of options and modifications

Do I need to bring my own mat?

We provide mats and props for all of our classes but you are of course welcome to bring your own.

Reformer Pilates

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You will need to wear socks for the class for hygiene reasons so please bring a pair with you or you will not be able to join the class. We recommend grip socks which we also sell at the studio if you forget to bring some with you.

Which classes are suitable for beginners?

If you have never done a reformer pilates with us before, we recommend you start our beginner classes and you’ll these clearly labelled on our timetable here 

Small group training

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You will need to wear trainers for these classes so please bring a pair with you or you will not be able to join the class, this is for your own safety.

Which classes are suitable for beginners?

Our kettlebell, TRX and circuit conditioning classes are all suitable for beginners. We recommend you have a reasonable level of fitness before participating in our HIIT and Boxfit classes.
