Welcome! We offer a winning combination of effective classes to make you look good AND feel good.
We recommend that you mix up your classes, a blended approach to your fitness will get you the best possible results. Stretch, release, cycle and tone your way to a healthy mind and body.
We’ve put together our most often asked questions but if you need more help, please just ask!
Do note that our yoga studio is heated by FAR infrared and is warm (not hot!). This is not suitable for pregnancy.
We provide yoga mats and props, so no need to bring your own.
What should I wear?
Power Plates: You just need to wear loose clothing you can move around in. You won’t need trainers but must wear socks, preferably with a grip sole, to make sure we keep the space hygienic for all.
Glow Yoga/Glow Pilates/Ballet Tone classes & workshops: We wear natural fibres as it allows the body to breathe and as it is warm we avoid too baggy clothing. Leggings or shorts and a vest top are perfect.
Cycle: Leggings, shorts and vests and women might want to wear a support bra. You will need a good pair of trainers.
Can I join any class if I'm a beginner?
Power Plates: You can try any of our regular classes as well as the conditioning class. We always offer options making it as hard or as easy as you want. Once you’re a little more experienced, you could try our specialist classes, like HIIT and Power Box. With only 6 people in a class, it is a bit like having a personal training session without the cost.
Glow Yoga/Glow Pilates/Ballet Tone classes and workshops: If you have never done yoga before we hold Beginners/Improvers workshops throughout the year. You can join in with any of the Foundation classes which are beginner friendly or you can buy a one to one with a teacher. Our Foundation classes are also suitable for pregnancy, as the heat is turned off before the class
Cycle: Come to any class and our great team will help you set up and give you great tips and teaching throughout the class. We also hold a beginners class on the first Monday of every month.
What if I want a more advanced workout?
Power Plates: Try the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Power Box or Circuit classes for a more sweaty and cardio workout. Or book into a personal training session – just you and the trainer, the power plate and a few props. Please check our timetable for times of advanced classes at either studio.
Glow Yoga/Glow Pilates/Ballet Tone classes and workshops: If you want a more challenging flow try the evening classes. Glow Pilates offers a challenging all over workout. If you want to go deeper, have a look at our workshop schedule.
Cycle: You can join any class and let the instructor work you to your limit. A little bit more resistance on the bike and you’ll be peddling your way to peak fitness. We also offer beginners cycle classes on the first Tuesday of every month.
Are the classes suitable for anyone?
Everyone needs to fill out a medical consent form before they join a class. If you have any medical issues or concerns please do have a chat to us before your class.
Our Power Plate and FAR infrared heated Yoga and Pilates classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant, except for our Foundation classes, which have the heat turned off. You may attend the Power Plate classes with certain teachers, with the machine turned off. Let us know in advance and if you already cycle you can continue to do so but do keep an eye on your body temperature.
If you want your pre-pregnancy body back, book into a one-to-one session. We offer pre and post natal Yoga and Pilates as well as personal training.
