Good Vibes are London's leading boutique Power Plates studios in central locations. We have brilliant trainers, happy staff, eclectic music and mint tea on tap. The spaces are light and bright with a few eccentric touches and as far removed from the corporate gym experience as is possible.
Power Plates accelerated vibration training means that you can work out your whole body in speedy 25 minute classes and then… get on with your day.
The classes are held in a room of up to five people. A trainer will instruct you throughout the class to make sure you have a safe and effective workout. Our trainers have a varied background ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Martial arts and Personal Training, we are hot on correct alignment and will adjust you where necessary.
You hold poses such as lunges, squats, crunches on the vibrating platform, so your body engages nearly 100% of all muscle fibres to keep you stabilised. Your muscles contract and relax 30-50 times a second, hence the high speed training. 10 minutes on a Power Plate is worth an hour in the gym. For more info please see benefits.
Power Plate work out is a low impact exercise and suitable for beginners or those who are more advanced. All you need to wear is loose clothing and you do the class in bare feet or non-slippy socks. You don't need a shower afterwards but there is one should you wish - just remember to bring your own towel.

The Good Vibes team come in different sizes, shapes and ages and each one of us has something different to offer. You can book into any one of the classes, across any one of the centres, confident in the knowledge that you will get the Good Vibes consistent approach.
We recommend that our classes supplement your existing cardio routine, this could be as simple as walking at a fast pace for an hour 3 -4 times a week. You really don't need to join a gym to keep fit, spend 25 minutes with us on your strength training and flexibility and introduce aerobic activity into your every day life. Walk, run or cycle in the fresh air, you'll feel much better for it.
